Share of Voice A brand’s share of all provider mentions across the measured AI answers. Sentiment The tone and context in which a brand is discussed in the sources and channels where it is mentioned. Visibility Score A value between 0 and 100, calculated as 0.7 × Conquer (non-branded) + 0.3 × Defend (branded), with both Conquer and Defend calculated as 0.6 × Mention Rate + 0.4 × Citation Rate.
